Tierney & Co was established by George Tierney in 1966 and he was subsequently joined by his three sons. Simon Tierney is a Solicitor Advocate in Higher Courts, Julian Tierney is the Conveyancing Manager, Adam Tierney isthe Managing Partner and George Tierney continues as a Senior Partner.

Tierney & Co currently practice from two offices based in South Yorkshire, at Wickersley, Rotherham and Dinnington, near Sheffield.
