The directors controlling Charity Link have both been trustees of several charities and voluntary organisations and actively involved in their practical management. In addition, they have experience of franchising that is the commercial equivalent of working with volunteers or independent local groups. They have worked in mainstream commercial companies at management and board level.

With training and experience in marketing, new product development, general management, public relations, accounts and operational management Charity Link can work with voluntary organisations with a uniquely sympathetic understanding of the commercial world and how it can help you achieve your charitable aims.

Evaluation of the export marketing assistance being provided to community based small and micro enterprises (SMEs) in southern countries including recommendations about the development of marketing strategy. Include in a review of activity being undertaken in UK and overseas and identified opportunities particularly in mainstream marketing development, and potential routes to generate volume export sales.
